Beautiful landscapes, but some aspects need improvement

点评：We had the chance to visit Kawah Ijen and Mount Bromo during a two-day private tour. The overall organization was well thought out, and we were warmly welcomed by a lovely local family whose kindness and hospitality truly touched us.
Our guide Rouf even took the time to create a video montage of our first visit to Mount Bromo, which was a thoughtful gesture.
However, we would have appreciated a guide with a bit more professionnalism. For example, the guide and driver decided to race through the jungle while filming themselves just for fun — something we found a bit unprofessional given the context.
As for the accommodations, we were disappointed by their cleanliness: there were insects in the hotel beds, and we were bitten during the night, which is kind of unacceptable considering the price we paid.
Overall, it was a memorable experience, but it could definitely be improved with more attention to the professionalism of the guides and the quality of the lodging.
