点评:I had booked a transfer (mini bus) with the company via British Airways.
Unfortunately on arrival we had to wait 40 minutes on the side of the street for the mini bus. The rep blamed the airport traffic but it was all clearly moving along. We were a group of 7 with 2 elderly and a 4 years old so this was not ideal.
On our return I was contacted a few days before to arrange timings. They suggested 1pm but I wanted to picked up at 12 as my father was in a wheelchair with a broken leg and we needed more time at the airport. Everything was agreed over whatsapp.
On the day at 12 no one showed up, I had to contact the whatsapp numbers to get a response at which point it was clear they had forgotten or not booked it in. I had to make several calls and we were picked up 45 mins late in 2 separate cars. This meant splitting up our group and bags etc. Ultimately this put so much more stress and pressure on us before a very long journey home. On my return I have asked for compensation to which Baliku have refused to give. I do not recommend booking with this company as they are unreliable.
