点评：If you’re looking for “Old World” European style wines, especially Bordeaux, then Brian Carter Cellars is a must place for tasting. Brian Carter, the namesake and winemaker, has been making wines and winning awards for his wines in Washington State since the early ‘80s. Many of his wines have been given top awards over the years, along with his winery, himself personally, and his chef at his Woodinville tasting room.
He makes more than Bordeaux style wines, too! But all his wines have European origins. Be it from the Rhone, Italy, Spain, or Portugal.
His wines are meant to be tasted and enjoyed with food matched for the wines and prepared by his chef, Nicholas Ames (Woodinville location only).
Brian Carter Cellars, also, has tasting rooms in Vancouver, WA on the Columbia River waterfront (includes small plate food matches, too) and on Post Alley in the Pike Place Market.
