点评：On Thursday 16th of February 2023, I visited this cinema to watch the film Titanic in 3D as it was 25th Anniversary and I absolutely enjoyed watching the film in 3D.
Firstly, the staff asked me have I booked the tickets online and I replied no I haven't booked my tickets online. I asked is it okay to buy tickets here and the staff replied yeah of course you can buy tickets here. The staff wouldn't accept cash payment due to covid 19 that's understandable and reasonable. At the same time, I thought it was a bit disappointing the staff couldn't accept cash payment because not everyone has a bank account and some people have no choice to pay with cash.
I asked the staff if they could help me print off the ticket and the staff were happy to help me as I am not the best with the machines. The machines wouldn't work for me either and the staff said you pay at the counter. The staff asked me do I have student ID and I replied saying yeah. The staff gave me a £2 discount as I am student and the staff said next time bring your student ID card. I was thinking they wouldn't accept my student ID as I am not student in the Greater Manchester area as I live in Lancashire. Very good service and polite staff.
I enjoyed the watching the film Titanic in 3D and the seats were comfortable and excellent.
Only disappointing thing about my visit, we all had to watch silly adverts for 30 minutes and the film started around 19.30pm instead of 19.00pm. It was really warm inside yesterday too watching the film too.
Overall, I am giving this a review 4 stars as the service was very good and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Good value for money too if you have a student ID.
