I was nervous about getting back into skiing, but the efficient and friendly service I received here quickly put me at ease. These boots not only felt great, but they looked fantastic, too. They were on par with what I would have bought for myself, if not better quality. It was so helpful that everyone's English was so good too.
I also must mention my ski instructor, Lucy. Her impeccable English made communicating with her a breeze, and her patience and understanding at my novice level made all the difference in my experience. She took the time to help me boost my confidence and skill level while ensuring I was having fun on the slopes.
