Savannah Splash Pool & Gym的点评
点评：Very disappointed in our visit. Booked our 1 hour slot for swimming but unfortunately we were running slightly late. When got there about 10 minutes late, the receptionist initially couldn't find our booking. A second member of staff had to look for our booking. By this time we were now 15 minutes late and they said because we are late it is now a no show and our slot has been given to another family.
With three disappointed young children we had to tell them we could not go swimming. We would understand if we had a reduced time in the pool to manage bookings later in the evening. But to cancel it so soon after the initial time is very disappointing.
There is also no prior warning of this in the terms and conditions which also ads to the frustration and seems the staff don't manage the booking system to the best of its ability.
After telling the children we cannot go for a swim, I was sarcastically directed towards a screen where "you can provide feedback if you like" . Which if I'm honest, was neither the time or place to be suggesting such a thing.
I'm sure the pool and facilities our lovely but unfortunately this experience has put us off from returning.
