点评：I may not be a mathematician but I know when handing over a £5 note and a £2 coin for a £6 item I would expect £1 change. Not here. When I asked 'wheres my change' I was challenged for daring to ask. The cashier claimed it felt like a £1 coin and had to call the 'manager' who implied I was lying and was abrasive with it. Clearly no people, customer services or retail skills. Anyone would think they're selling bars of gold not running a glorified jumble sale. The staff are so aggressive and defensive.
Not realising the next customer was my elderly mum they tried to overcharge her too by claiming an item was £7.50 instead of £4.50. When she asked to see the price tag again they refused claiming they had already disposed of it. Eventually when I intervened they reluctantly agreed the price was in fact £4.50. Treating anyone like this is bad enough but trying to confuse an old lady is just immoral. Horrendous experience. Never again! Imagine how much extra money they make through overcharging. Shame on them.
