The Spa at Bedford Lodge Hotel的点评
点评：My partner and I booked a spa experience with afternoon tea.
The booking system was a bit cumbersome as, to redeem a voucher, we had to book with an external company and contact them to make the booking. The company staff were helpful but it was too complicated and took too long.
The Spa was spotless and the staff very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We had a tour of the spa and was then left to enjoy and relax.
The steam room, sauna and showers, including a bucket of cold water were on the ground floor, along with the various facilities in the pool - all enjoyable.
Upstairs was a room of loungers and an outside jacuzzi and seating. The jacuzzi was small and tiled, which I found uncomfortable.
There were only at the most 10 people there on the day but it must feel very busy when there are more (40 the weekend before).
The changing rooms have everything you need although they are small. Time slots are assigned so the changing rooms don't get too crowded but even 3 people trying to dry and get dressed or getting changed to enter the spa feels cramped.
