点评：Tuscan Women Cook (TWC) is an amazing cooking adventure in, Montefollonico, Tuscany. The TWC Team, Coleen, Aiden, Lorena and Giacomo have created an outstanding experience with personalized attention. The accommodations are beautiful, incredibly comfortable and clean with extra amenities. The service is superb. You will immediately feel at home and be treated like family.
I experienced, hands-on, how to make the incredible dishes side by side with the local Nonna's who shared their family traditions including tips and tricks not typically on a recipe. We visited the local market to buy ingredients which was extra special. We had delicious wines from the local wineries. We learned wine pairing; we had a honey tasting excursion at a Bee Farm..... there were a handful of additional experiences beyond the cooking classes. We went to excellent restaurants in the neighboring villages and enjoyed wines local to those villages too.
The Village of Montefollonico is a warm and welcoming place and residents are very happy to have us visit. Overall, if you are looking for a cooking adventure in Italy, Tuscan Women Cook is a rare and special opportunity to experience local traditions and come home ready to cook.
