360 Action Park的点评
点评：We hosted a kids’ party at 360 Action Park on Saturday, 25th October, and the experience unfortunately fell short of expectations.
While the kids had fun, the event itself was poorly coordinated. We had booked for 23 children, with one extra to be paid separately, but instead of handling it smoothly, the host unexpectedly took the child out of the play area without the parent’s consent — which was distressing for parent and child and unnecessary. I was also called to the front desk three separate times to make the same payment, and it was only resolved on the fourth attempt.
The hosts were polite, but the overall organisation and training seemed lacking. Food quality was inconsistent some kids’ pizzas were burnt or mostly crust, and a couple weren’t even cut.
Even after sending an email and making two follow-up calls, the venue has never acknowledged or responded to the feedback, even two weeks later. This lack of accountability and customer care is disappointing. Based on this experience and their failure to respond, I would not recommend this place.
