点评：On our journey from Olympia to Delphi, we made a brief stop in Nafpaktos, a charming coastal town that quickly captivated us. Though unplanned, this detour provided a welcome break from our bus ride.
Nafpaktos, nestled between mountains and the sea, has a rich history, best known for its well-preserved Venetian castle and the historic Battle of Lepanto in 1571. We began exploring at the medieval harbor, a captivating port surrounded by ancient stone walls, which transported us to a bygone era.
Wandering through the old town's narrow streets, we admired the blend of Venetian, Ottoman, and Greek architecture. The peaceful cobblestone lanes, lined with colorful houses and blooming bougainvillea, encouraged us to slow down and savor the moment.
