点评：Last Saturday, I took my daughter to Lippo Mall for an event. We had a wonderful day, but when we got home around 10 PM, we realized something that broke my daughter's heart—her small, cherished bag had been left behind in the mall’s restroom. She was devastated and kept blaming herself. As a parent, seeing her sadness was painful.
Even though it was already late at night, we decided to return to the mall, hoping for a miracle. When we arrived, the mall was closed, and the place felt quiet and empty. But the security officer on duty welcomed us with kindness and patience. He immediately checked the lost‑and‑found records and told us that a Service staff member had found the bag earlier. He spoke to us gently, reassured my kid, and asked us to come back the next day to retrieve it.
The next morning, I returned to the mall where the security and Customer Service welcomed me warmly. She handed back my daughter's bag—completely intact, untouched, exactly as it was.
This experience wasn’t about the price of the item. It was about values. The values of honesty, integrity, kindness, and genuine care shown by the mall’s staff and management. It reminded me that even in today’s world, there are still people who act with sincerity and a true sense of responsibility.
To the kind-hearted staff who helped us, and to the management of Lippo Mall Kuta—thank you. You didn’t just return a bag. You restored a child’s smile, and reminded us of the goodness that still exists in this world.
