I can't say it was worth the money :-(

点评：We stayed in Tugley woods room on saturday 4th April and unfortunately it was not as expected.
1. room rug was extremely dirty on arrival, with crumbs in it, and generally very dirty.
2. we loved the little cups and saucers but really needed larger mugs to use the sachets you provided.
3. we paid £10 for early check in but you only provided 1 sachet of coffee - and unfortunately these sachets had milk and sugar in them - my husband cannot have milk and nor does he have sugar so there was no option for him to have a drink at all - early check in should mean a few extra sachets of coffee ( and we dont drink tea or flavoured tea) the sachet contents were far too large for the cups so you had to guess the amount of sachet to put it. You need to provide plain coffee sachets, as lots of people dont want milk.
3. the kettle was virtually black in the bottom of it - on arrival there was water in the kettle ( big no no in the hotel industry - should never leave water in the kettle) i took pictures on the bottom of the kettle but that needs replacing asap it is truly disgusting. photo attached.
5. on going into the bathroom for the first time, we found the sink was full of water, we eventually worked out the plug (yes it wasn't a normal plug) and got rid of that.
6. my husband actually forgot his shower gel, so was great to see this was provided, but again unfortunately we found that the shower gel was empty.
this was not worth the money i'm afraid. I just expected a bit more, and attention to detail. there was a lot of paint coming off the walls and also a sticker on the ceiling covering some kind of hole! Such a shame as these rooms are a great idea! maybe the more expensive rooms were better.
on a positive note, the bed and linen were exceptional so we had a great nights sleep ( bar closed at 1am but the sound wasn't too bad)

6. 我丈夫忘了带沐浴露，所以看到酒店提供沐浴露时很高兴，但不幸的是，我们发现沐浴露也是空的。
恐怕这不值这个价钱。我原本期待更高一些，也希望酒店能更注重细节。墙上的油漆脱落了很多，天花板上还有个贴纸遮住了一个洞！真是太可惜了，因为这些房间的设计理念很棒！也许更贵的房间会更好一些。
值得一提的是，床和床上用品都非常好，所以我们睡得很好（酒吧凌晨1点关门，但噪音并不太大）。
