Free beach at WestPunt with no onsite services but restaurants immediately adjacent to the beach

点评：Play Forti was just just down from where we stayed. It is a public beach with no entrance fee that requires visitors to walk down a good number of stairs to access the beach. There is snorkeling on site but I found the visibility to not be the greatest on several visits to the beach. That said to the right of the beach I regularly saw turtles. People regularly jump off the cliff adjacent to the beach so you have to be careful if you are swimming along the far left side. The beach is a typical curacao beach with rocks and coral, making water shoes desirable, though I accessed the beach without them. Parking for the beach is in the parking lot where the adjacent restaurant is located or across the street. The beach was fairly sheltered so the waves were not large. On the beach itself there were no amenities or chair rentals that I could see. However the beach was never busy and one can find lots of sea glass on the beach. There are two near by restaurants, Blue View directly overlooks the beach with a glass floor to overlook the beach. Playa Forti Restaurant is perched on the cliff overlooking the left side of the beach.
