Parking fines due to 30+ mins of adverts !
ODEON Milton Keynes Stadium的点评
点评：I been going to this cinema in MK for 9 years, since it opened.
The Imax is what you want for a blockbuster.
Bringing money to the restaurants, costa, and cinema.
We loved the gallery, with its unlimited popcorn/drinks. Was happy to pay the premium
Since covid, you;'ve closed the gallery (should be reopened) . But Still the same prices, but seats only.
The new bug bear is Parking. Whilst this is out of Odeons control, it does make having a meal and cinema within the 4 hour limit is challenging.
On this occasion, we worked out food (wagas, served and eaten within the hour).
Leaving an easy 3 hours to watch Gladiator.
However, upon leaving the cinema, realised where over this time period.
Partial cause on us, for not entering our details into the ipad system.
the other - due to Odeon playing over 30 mins of ads and a few trailers. But mainly ADVERTS. 3x of them for the Navy ! on repeat.
Why put 7.30pm on the ticket, if your going to start at 8.05pm!?!?
1 simple fix. Inbetween your 30 minutes of adverts, maybe a simple screen message 'DON'T FORGET TO VALIDATE PARKING' , would be super helpful.
Had you have not wasted this 30 minutes. Very simply i would have been within the 4 hour window.
I'm now anxiously waiting to see if I get a fine.
If so, I expect Odeon to pay for some it. But chances of actually speaking to a human these days,probably zero.
The other, that will be the end, some 9 years of visiting the Odeon MK.
If you want to close restaurants (like TGIs most recent), and stopping people going to the cinema. This is how to do it.
And today, received an email - how did I like my Odeon Experience questionnaire - it won't even fill out. When all i've done is ticked the box and entered the correct time and date.
Well done Odeon !
