点评：I am extremely disappointed with our experience at this soft play.
During our visit, my young son had a needle stuck in his foot while playing on the trampoline, which was both painful and very distressing. I raised my concerns immediately with staff at the time and stated my concerns that other children could be hurt. Despite this, the trampoline was not cleared and checked, putting potentially further children at risk. I informed staff I would be following up with an email which they provided an address I have previously received correspondence from.
I followed up via email afterwards.
Despite the severity of the incident, I have received no response at all after a week.
A children’s play centre should be a safe environment, and I expected this to be taken seriously. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, and I feel other parents should be aware of our experience
