Great experience and excellent communication

点评：We had originally booked the canyon spirit tour, a 45-minute flight over the grand canyon. due to the current fires in the northern rim, maverick helicopters called us a week in advance to let us know the route was unavailable. We appreciated the advance notice, which gave us enough time to decide on an alternative. They offered us the canyon dancer tour instead, a 30-minute flight over the kaibab forest, the grand canyon, the colorado river, and several key points along the south rim, along with a $30 per person refund or the option for a full refund.
Check-in on the day of our flight was smooth and well-organized. our pilot (Matt) was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us engaged throughout the flight, pointing out landmarks and sharing interesting details. He also took pictures of us in front of the helicopter both before and after the flight, which was a great touch. Although it wasn’t the tour we had originally planned, the views were breathtaking and the overall experience was fantastic.
