Choose Grand Turk Diving instead of a cruise excursion… you won’t be disappointed

点评：We scheduled a snorkeling tour with Grand Turk Diving after the cruise excursion we were waffling about became sold out, and I’m so glad that we didn’t commit to the excursion. I booked a 4-hour charter for 6 for the same price as the 2-hour cruise excursion, but we got amazing, friendly, and expert service from Jamal and Junior with out the crowds and overt commercialism.
We weren’t able to make it to Gibbs Cay because of the lurking hurricane, but we did three snorkel spots and some time on a pristine, quiet beach. The snorkeling was amazing, and the beach time was perfect.
The best part of it all was the friendly, genuine service that Jamal and Junior provided my family. From taking my GoPro on a free dive 35ft down to film a stingray to grabbing a few conch from the bottom, they were attentive and generous. Most of all, Jamal bonded with my 5-year old on the beach building sand castles for her. She opened up to him way more than our waiters could ever get her to do over the six nights in the ship… and they tried hard.
This was easily the best day of our amazing cruise experience, and I couldn’t recommend more strongly that you skip the cruise ship excursion and book a charter with Grand Turk Diving.
