Cancelled santa christmas day at 7.30am day of with no option to rebook

点评：Christmas event cancelled at 7.30am day of. No option given to rebook, just a refund offered which is terrible and really not good enough given its 8th Dec and nowhere else is left to book.
This has happened to us before and I would warn anybody thinking about booking this event to consider how your child/ren will feel when Kielder cancel the event (happens regularly due to it being outdoors) and you cannot book anywhere else.
Kielder should be used to this event being cancelled and have plans in place to counter this given its an outdoor event. However they dont.
One sensible option would be to keep some spaces free for each day instead of maximising profit and selling all the tickets. This would mean when they inevitably cancel event days, they could offer people the option to rebook.
However this is not what Kielder have chosen to do. Book somewhere else if you wish to actually see Santa with your child.
Would not recommend at all.
