They give you a good bike-fit and make sure you have everything you need to excel and go enjoy those long cycling trips in the Tyroler mountains. The store immediately exudes the kind of homely feeling only roadbike cyclists can understand with their secret signals of nodding at each other's bikes approvingly while checking their next Strava rides and giving kudos while click-clacking on their cleats like ducks to their next 15% incline and then Gasthof coffeebreak, all the while wearing their blueish shiny armoured Oakleys sunglasses under their white helmets.
They provide you with top-of-the-line gear, gravel-road or e-bike and my girlfriend had no saddle pain for the first time in months and I was happy as could be on my Specialized e-bike chasing her uphill on the SPORT setting and at the end of the day I still had 30% battery left. I refused to wear a helmet as a proud Dutchman but realised quickly that going downhill @50 km/h does indeed warrant wearing proper protection. Luckily, the oversized 47 mm tires offered great stability which actually convinced me of buying said bike for my daily home-work commute.
Overall fantastic experience only made possible thanks to DieBoerse in Innsbruck.
