We have been using Kangaroo Cabs for our family transportation every time we have visited Sri Lanka since 2016. We used their cars until 2023 and have hired vans since then.
They maintain a profile for us (as they likely do for all registered customers) and always treat us with personalised service. They consistently try their best to provide a superior vehicle as per our request, alongside a professional driver. Their fleet comprises both their own vehicles and those from private owners contracted with Kangaroo, ensuring a massive collection and reliable service.
This time, we received a privately owned, brand-new Toyota HiAce (GDH) - 2025 model, which had only done 400km. The seats were very comfortable, and the air conditioning was superb. Most importantly, our driver, Ananda, was reliable and professional, with over 10 years of experience driving company vehicles for Kangaroo.
We did not have the hassle of finding accommodation or meals for the driver, as these costs are all included in the daily package price (which included 200km per day).
With Kangaroo Cabs, you will not be stuck anywhere. They will send a replacement or relief vehicle whenever required, even if you are simply unhappy with the vehicle you received.
