点评:My friend and I planned our whole trip around visiting the IKEA Museum, and it was absolutely worth it. We stayed in Copenhagen and took the train over, which took around two hours and was incredibly easy.
We really enjoyed the entire museum experience. There were some fantastic exhibitions, plenty of interactive displays, and lots of fascinating information about IKEA’s history and how the company began. The admission fee worked out at around £4, which we thought was exceptional value for money.
All of the staff were welcoming and friendly, creating a great atmosphere throughout our visit. The museum also wasn’t too crowded, so we could explore everything at a comfortable pace.
The gift shop was another highlight. We found and bought several exclusive museum items that made great souvenirs. We also visited the café, which had a good selection of food, including several different versions of IKEA’s famous meatballs. Our only small criticism—and it’s purely down to personal preference—was that they only served the meatballs with mashed potatoes rather than chips, which we’re more used to having in the UK.
Overall, it made for a fantastic day trip from Copenhagen. If you’re an IKEA fan, I’d definitely recommend adding the IKEA Museum to your itinerary.
