点评:Terrible experience with SG staff especially with Gabby from the passport centre. Please see her photo posted below.
We were early so as soon as Kidzania opened I can ask for a replacement of my son's lost passport. This staff Gabby managed and as we are rushing so we can start off she keeps on insisting we have to pay for a new one worth $38. 2nd time in the afternoon when my girls needed to upgrade their passports, she was asking us to wait 45minutes whereas no one is there and she is doing nothing. Kidzania management please zoom in your CCTV on this office.
Kidzania itself is fading -- a lot of the old and big timr partners have left and if you have these problematic staffs i would wonder if you would still survive this CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY.
Just to add, my children's 2nd trip is the paramedics and waited 1hour time. There was no battery on the ambulance vehicle at the start?? It was only 10.45am and not one staff even advised us in this my kids waited and waited without being empathetic and they wanted us to queu again after 1hour after charging the car.
Maybe other kidzania countries are much better. Be weary of the SG branch and this staff named Gabby.
