A very lovely and interesting place to visit
High Country Gardens, Gallery and Maze的点评
点评：While staying in Mansfield last week we were lucky to visit the gardens compliments of a bus trip organised by the Mansfield Shire as part of their Seniors Month.
It was a lovely afternoon and it is a very lovely interesting place to visit.
We had a cuppa and scones, cream & Jam when we arrived, hot straight out of the cooker, very yummy.
We were then taken on a tour of the garden & maze, that was fantastic.
Must have taken years to develop the hedges, and grow the the lovely trees. The garden beds are well set out and contain a huge variety of plants, lots of perfumed roses.
There is lots of big topiary and secret nooks with sculptures.
The place is well maintained, must take a lot of work.
We also visited the art gallery, nice stuff there done by the resident artist who I think is one of the owners , he was the one who took us on the garden tour, very knowledgeable about plants he is also.
We really enjoyed our visit and can highly recommend it.
