Beautiful Drive along the Atlantic Coast with Many Points of Interest

点评：This site has the Wild Atlantic Way as being in Galway, but it's actually the coastline all along the west coast of Ireland, from just west of Derry all around down past Galway and around the Dingle Peninsula and the Ring of Kerry.
This is a magnificent drive with everything from peat bogs to Neolithic villages to breathtaking views to geographic features. We drove most of it in the space of about 3 days and saw, among many other things, abbey ruins, Downhead Patrick (one of the greatest scenes along the coast), Ceide fields, Ballycroy park and castle, Ireland's only fjord, Connemara National Park, the Burren, and the Cliffs of Moher. We frequently pulled over just to take advantage of the beautiful scenery or some nearby church or ruins.
This is a wonderful way to see the Irish countryside, and along the way you'll also see historic/attractive towns and cities like Donegal, Sligo, Westport, and Galway.
