Good but expensive to organise a visit with lots of car time and relatively few sights.

点评：I've given a 4 star rating based on the fact that there is a lot of driving involved for a relatively small number of things to see and setting up a tour there is quite expensive.
It's around two hours each way from Popayan on a mostly poor road and then the only option is to drive through the park to each attraction on an even worse road - there are no hiking paths.
We did get to see the condors, albeit only as fly pass: they unfortunately didn't land to eat the food the park ranger puts out to attract them down to the rocks.
We also enjoyed the San Juan thermal area, like a very small and not quite so spectacular Yellowstone, where you can walk a loop for about an hour.
The scenery is beautiful but you can find this in plenty of places elsewhere in Colombia. Aside from the stops mentioned above, there is a pretty waterfall and a nice mirador for the lake. You may also get a view of the volcano (currently closed for hiking).
I did enjoy my day visit but weighing up the cost and travel time, I'm not sure I'd do it again.
