点评：this place is amazing, not too many animals are out at this time of year, as they are either staying in the warm or hibernating, but beautiful walks, chickens, ducks and geese, horses, goats and the birds, you have to go and meet Peter the parrot, he says hello and goodbye as you walk away, he walked over to us in his way, the charity shop is clean and staff are great, I have been coming here for years, first with myself, then with my children and now with my grandchildren, there is a play area for the children to expel some energy after the long walks around the ponds, the cafe was open but we did not visit today, last time I went the food was good and fresh. I would recommend Raystede highly for a lovely place for it's free parking and free entry, you can take your dog too, you just have to keep it on a lead and read the well placed signs saying where you can't take them. if you visit, take some cash with you so that you can donate something for this very excellent cause, the children love putting coins into the donation spiral pot at the entrance.
