点评：As an european travelling to India (2nd time), I decided to use this agency to get a driver/guide, and facilitate me the many issues I could run into solo & by bus/train (talking from experience).
Yes, that's by far the way I recommend travelling, unless you're really adventurous and have plenty of spare time.
Once in Mumbai, I reached out with a few monuments/places/time frame I had in mind, and I got a schedule suggestion/quote which I was happy with. All is customizable in this country when it comes to tours!
The coordination was flawless.
Alam was the driver. The car was spacious and comfortable (not the classic Suzuki you see in Mumbai). We went to Ellora/Ajanta/Pune forts and various spots along the way. He is fluent in English, and I never had a single time of misunderstanding in 4 days. As he also works as guide, he was able to tell me tons of history abt each place, and I enjoy the conversation abt the many cultural questions I had abt India.
All this to say, I highly recommend this agency and their driver Alam.
If you have 2 days of free time in the mumbai region, I highly recommend Ajanta caves & Ellora caves (2 full days excursion). These two unesco world heritage sites are a must see.
