点评：This is a lovely place and the equipment is well looked after. I didnt have much interaction with staff so cannot comment there. But Overall a brilliant place for children.
However.... a few issues need to be change if you would like customers to return.
1. The 30p charge on the app that we are told to use on arrival needs to be scrapped. If we had an option to order at the till we would. So its not fair that paying customers then incur this charge everything they order.
2. The plastic cutlery also needs to go. I wouldn't eat with these and therefore I would not expect my children to. (Chewed and stained) not very hygienic!
3. Toilets are not the cleanest and the smell is enough to put anyone off. Considering there's only two cubicle's I could not understand how or why they were so bad.
With these issues sorted this could become a goldmine again.
