The Eden Centre的点评
点评：What a night we’ve had! Tonight with friends we went to the The Eden Centre - Blaenau Gwent for what seemed like a good night for the kids. Then, for the last 30 minutes Gabriel was called names and hit by three children, one of them even bit him. I thought they were playing and didn’t realise what was happening until the end when Gabriel was clearly upset and another parent approached me to tell me what she had seen.
I then told Gabriel to tell me if anything like this happened again because we can then tell the staff and deal with it. Then, as we were leaving Gabriel finally retaliated and hit one of the children who was clearly older and bigger than him. In response, the parents start screaming and shouting (you know the type!). On top of this, their son screaming and swearing in the background. I walked up to a member of the Eden Centre staff to tell them what was happening (not like she couldn’t hear!) and she/did said nothing. The owner then appears and as I try to tell him what’s happening, his immediate response is ‘not in here’ - Not, what’s happened? Is your son ok? How can we help? ‘Not here’ and basically signals us to leave! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the owner of a business after my child has been hit and bitten for the last half hour!
We’ve gone to Eden centre for years but no more, the place has seriously gone down hill and after seeing how the owner handled a bad situation tonight I’d say AVOID at all costs!
