点评：Just spent an AMAZINGLY UNBELIEVABLE week with Yachtsailing aboard the catamaran, King of Diamonds!!! We sailed with Captain Spyros and Michelin Chef/First Mate Bobbi. Our captain made sure to get to know each member of our party and then offered activities that suited our preferences. He was an experienced sailor and handled the boat flawlessly. Our itinerary took us to 5 islands, each with unique features, customs and food. We explored ruins, caves and quaint, picturesque towns with shops, museums and art. Spyros found gorgeous bays and beaches for us to swim, kayak, paddle board, hike and explore. Favorites included finding ruins everywhere, exploring Ermoupoli, Syros, swimming and hiking in Naousa, Paros, star gazing at night on the deck of the boat and driving an ATV then hiking to Oria Castle, Kythnos. The meals on the boat were gourmet! Again, Bobbi took the time to learn each passenger’s palate. We ate breakfast and lunch on the boat each day. Breakfast was hearty and covered all appetites. Lunch was always OFF THE CHARTS DELICIOUS! Traditional foods, locally sourced, flavorful, well balanced and made with the passion of a true chef! Favorite lunch was lamb shank with oven roasted potatoes and Greek salad with pita bread. We enjoyed our dinners on the island where we made port. Captain Spyros always had recommendations for restaurants and we quickly learned to take his suggestions! It was a seamless cruise filled with tons of fun, adventure and relaxation. Already looking into booking another charter!!!
