点评：The show it self was fantastic. The organisation was really poor, queuing for over an hour to get in! Despite them stating NOT to arrive any later than 5:30pm! Got in eventually about 6:45pm for them to try & squeeze 8 people round a table that in reality would fit only 6!! This was with your back to the stage, seating is poorly arranged. I complained about this & was moved to a different table upstairs which they try to seat 6 people at when in reality it’s a table for 4! It would perhaps be ok for 2 adults & 4 small children but definitely NOT for 6 adults of any size or stature! The food when it eventually arrived was served in the dark (so I was trying to eat via my torch on my phone & watch the show!) But what I managed to eat was ok!
To be honest the organisation of getting people seated & fed is poorly organised, especially if you have the main deck tickets & NOT the overpriced VVIP/VIP tickets…..I felt like we were treated as peasants!
They really need to look at how they can make the entering/being seated/fed etc a lot more seamless as this really let our whole experience down.
The show was amazing & well worth watching with ALL the performers doing an awesome show, it’s such a shame that they seem to try to squeeze you in like sardines in a tin to make as much money as possible, if the aforementioned issues were addressed & rectified the whole experience would be unbelievable.
