点评:We arrived Moorea on Sept 12. Within a few hours my husband had a medical emergency which he ended up being in hospitalized overnight in Moorea. Our phones were dead with no way to charge them. We were in a foreign country not speaking the language. As soon as I could I emailed this company to tell them we would not be in the tour the next morning because of our emergency. They were not understanding and would not refund our money despite the extreme circumstances. Everyone we dealt with in Moorea from the hotel to rental car to other tour companies were so kind and understanding. Not this one. Apparently it is only about the money and no care for the situation of the tourist which was extremely difficult. We ended up having to leave the trip and immediately return home. They are certainly within their right to charge. What matters about a company is how they treat people when they are in a crisis. I think this company speaks for itself in this situation.
