点评：We’ve enjoyed Nono’s before, but our first visit to the SM Bicutan branch was disappointing. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet our order wasn’t taken promptly. There was only one waitress, and she moved and spoke so slowly it felt like she didn’t want to be there. Her energy was low, and she seemed uninterested throughout the service.
We ordered chicken, pasta, and soup. The soup arrived first but was lukewarm—like it had been reheated poorly. I politely raised this, and from there, the experience declined. My son’s chicken was served and finished before mine even arrived, which completely ruined my appetite.
There was one manager present who was kind and had a friendly smile, but I wouldn’t call the service professional. The rest of the staff seemed disengaged, and the whole place felt under-managed. It was like dining in a carinderia with a polished front—but no real hospitality behind it.
I won’t be returning to this branch, and I’m now unsure about visiting other Nono’s locations.
