点评：I typically don't like venues like this and was waiting for the right artist to try it out. Tomball is a :45 minute from my home. Gary Puckett and the Union Gap is a late 60's group that had a handful of hits at the time. Have seen these guys a few times in the past and Gary has always been good. My disappointments came in three ways, First, this is a wine and beer-only venue. Okay. Not sure why you'd limit revenue this way but I'll accept that. Second, the food choices and prep was lacking. Frozen pizzas, really?... And third, the sound. The shlub mixing the sound spent half the concert scrolling pictures on his cell phone. The two big 70's-style speakers hung above the stage were poor at best. In a small venue such as this, the drummer needs to be a clear plastic cage, to bring his volume down. Drums overpowered everything.
