点评：AVOID AVOID AVOID - 1600 Dirhams lost!!!
We called the hotel a day before our day visit, to ask whether the park was open and whether the pools were heated. Given it was a cooler week and with ages 3-73 between us, this was important.
The hotel advised the main pool was heated. We thought great! Let’s go.
On arrival - having all paid to enter and a vigorous frisk/bag search, it transpired that the only pool that was heated was the slide pool. The main pools were ice cold, including the toddler pools. There were naff deck chairs - luckily we took our own towels.
We went to the slide pool and the site manager assured us it was safe - however if you can Imagine kids and adults sliding down and slamming into your family safe, then we are different.
The lunch options were a room with microwaves dotted around. Safe to say, we decided to leave.
We tried to get a refund, however the jobs worth manager advised - as we had entered we could not. So in the end lost 1600 Dirhams for what was 1 hour.
Never ever again. Please avoid!
