点评:Please ignore the 2018 review of the Viking Hemming complaining about the condition of cruising on the ship. It is August 2025 and the ship is sparkling clean and totally disinfected. I have watched the housekeeper clean the rails, not just wiping down with an antiseptic cloth, but actually scrubbing the rails. I have seen my cabin steward cleaning the hall walls -floor to ceiling-with antiseptic spray, cleaning the ceilings with antiseptic spray and on knees cleaning the floorboards. We have taken 20+ cruises and this is the first ship I that I would dare to touch the hand rails or the elevator buttons.
The staff is the most helpful of any cruise ship. I forgot an adapter plug; Arianna, the Hotel manager , had loaned all of hers. She saw me days later to say she had obtained one for me. I had bought one that day; but her concern was most appreciated. Victor, the guest services manager, noticed that I was elevating my swollen ankles and suggested an ice bag which he brought me and checked throughout the day to replace the ice. Nyhaya, our room Stewart, not only keeps our room clean, but tidy. I put my laundry out this morning and asked when it would be back and she said maximum was 24 hours; however, if the laundry wasn’t busy, it might be quicker. I was shocked when I walked in my room four hours later, and there was my laundry . Amazing service. I have heard no complaints from other guests on the ship.
