I booked a deep tissue massage, and as an athlete, I’m very familiar with bodywork and the difference between strong pressure and true technique. Delivering deep pressure is easy; balancing pressure with skill, pacing, and intuition is rare. Lourdes achieves that balance effortlessly. She works with remarkable body awareness, adjusting naturally to breath and rhythm rather than following a routine. The result was a massage that was intelligent, intentional, and deeply therapeutic.
Her background clearly enabled an advanced understanding of movement and recovery. She incorporated stretching and techniques I had never experienced before. Every transition felt purposeful, allowing my body to release without force. I was so impressed that I booked a second session — and she graciously came in on her day off to accommodate me, a reflection of both her dedication and professionalism.
The spa itself is a beautifully designed sanctuary, seamlessly blending modern architecture with the surrounding jungle. The sauna features a large viewing window into nature, while open-ceiling showers create a grounding outdoor connection.
