点评:Yesterday, we visited this restaurant and ordered Sikandari Raan. We were asked whether we wanted it semi-gravy or dry. We clearly chose dry, even though the staff repeatedly tried to persuade us to order the semi-gravy version.
However, what was served to us was plain semi-gravy mutton, not Sikandari Raan at all. When we questioned this, the staff insisted that it was the dry Sikandari Raan. To prove our point, we even showed them photos from their own restaurant on Google, but they stubbornly claimed that those pictures were “old” and that this is their “new style” of preparation.
Frankly, preparing a proper dry Sikandari Raan takes a lot of time in a tandoor, which is exactly why the staff was insisting on the semi-gravy version—and in the end, that is what they served us despite our clear order.
Instead of admitting their mistake, they continued to argue and mislead us. Left with no real choice, we ate what was served and left the restaurant, deeply disappointed.
We have no intention of ever visiting this restaurant again, and we strongly advise others to be cautious.
I am giving one star only because there is no option to give a negative rating.
