Good park for kids, awful staff

点评：We are staying at Porto Bello Beach so have free access to the park. The kids are loving it, lazy river and cool slides, perfect for an 11 and 12 year old. Just had a bad experience at reception though which prompted this review. The family infront of us literally got chased by the lady on reception accusing them of not being hotel residents and having the wrong bands (which they didn't). She then saw it had a drink in my hand and shouted quite aggressively "what is in that cup?" ... I replied :it's a beer", immediately realising this wasnt ok. She asked me if I hadnt read the rules, I said no sorry but its ok I'll get rid of it, and started walking to the bin at the entrance. She followed me, looking in my cup, again asking what was in the cup 😂 at this point my kids were getting embarrassed and there was a queue forming at reception. She then attempted to lead me outside to read the rules. I said its ok, im throwing it away, but she continued to follow me. All very bizarre, she seemed intent on causing a scene and was actually quite aggressive in her manner. Luckily I couldn't care less, clearly just an angry person, but my kids were a little embarrassed. Shouting NO ALCOHOL at me in front of my children and a queue of people, when id immediately apologised and was throwing it in the bin. Think this lady needs a new job.
翻译：我们住在波尔图贝洛海滩，所以可以免费进入公园。孩子们都很喜欢，漂流河和酷炫的滑梯非常适合11岁和12岁的孩子。只是在接待处遇到了一次不愉快的经历，才促使我写下这篇评论。我们前面的那家人被接待处的女士追了上去，指责他们不是酒店住客，而且带错了乐队（他们确实带错了）。然后她看到我手里拿着一杯饮料，就很生气地喊道：“那杯子里是什么？” ...我回答说：“这是啤酒”，立刻意识到这样不对。她问我是否没有阅读规则，我说没有，对不起，但没关系，我会把它扔掉，然后开始走向入口处的垃圾桶。她跟着我，看着我的杯子，再次问杯子里是什么😂这时我的孩子们开始感到尴尬，接待处排起了队。然后她试图带我到外面阅读规则。我说没关系，我要把它扔掉，但她继续跟着我。一切都很奇怪，她似乎有意引起骚动，而且态度相当咄咄逼人。幸运的是我一点也不在乎，显然只是一个愤怒的人，但我的孩子们有点尴尬。当着我的孩子和一群人的面对我大喊禁止饮酒，我立即道歉并把它扔进垃圾桶。觉得这位女士需要一份新工作。
