Wizair Airline. Airport transfer taxi didn’t turn up and left us stranded.

点评:We booked an airport transfer via Wizair airlines in September. It didn’t turn up having paid for it. We had them to pay again for another taxi outside the airport. I have been complained several times and provided the appropriate documentation and am looking for a refund. Eventually on 21st November, Wizair agreed to uphold my complaint and to refund the taxi charges. The taxi incidentally didn’t turn up for the return journey either. I I sent the IBAN details and was told it would take up to 30 days for this to be processed. Suffice to say, I’m still waiting for my refund. The mail address is no longer in use and the complaint is now closed so I can’t get in contact. The Customer Service from Wizair has been disgraceful to say the least. I have just been fobbed off and have now taken it Roth Ombudsman. Wizair need to get their act together.I would not recommend using their taxi service. We were stranded at 5am in the morning on the way back as taxi didn’t arrive and nearly missed our flight.
