A long drive but worth the view.
Pilot Butte Wild Horse Scenic Loop的点评
点评：This drive in total is about 2 hours.
We started from Rock Springs WY - from route 80 it is about 12-15 miles N and you drive on a gravel/dirt road - we drive a few miles before seeing any horses but we eventually did and it was up close and really amazing.
I will note that the end of this loop is in Green River - we chose to take a shorter route which went back to Rock Springs (so as not to backtrack West on 80) and this was a route that came up on GPS - this was an incredibly steep route down one of the mountains - we did not realize this until it was too late - we were in a safe vehicle and took it very slow - BUT had I known, we may not have chosen this way. No one’s fault ofc!
Definitely worth noting in a review I thought though.
