6th Gear Experience的点评
点评：Have been driving experiences with 6th Gear Experience for 10+ years, which should tell you all you need to know. Have never had a bad experience with them. Sophie in the office is always super helpful and informative. The driving instructors always want you to get the best out of the car and provide clear and simple instruction, this is true of every single time we have driven with them. This particular time, my husband and I were both on track, we weren’t able to finish our experience on the day as we were juggling our kids between us and the circuit has really strict noise restrictions that they have to abide by.
The team saw that this was going to be an issue, got infront of it and we were able to agree a very reasonable resolution. We came back the following day (without children) to finish our experiences off. They could not have done more for us, they were all so incredibly helpful, friendly and supportive.
We were in awe of the organisation of instructors, to cars, lunch breaks for staff, ensuring all customers got their drives - and squeezing us in as well - it was absolutely impressive. Special thank you to Josh who identified the issue on Friday, and who worked with Adrian who then got everything set up for us; to Tish for the smooth check in / handover on day 2. An extra special thank you to Owen & John who put the cherry on the icing on the cake today - thank you. We can’t stop smiling and will probably see you again in October! :-)
