Relaxing waterfall and amazing atmosphere

点评：Decided to go with my family to the killen falls waterfall, after we parked our car we began the descent into the forest on the path to get to the killen falls swimming hole, on the way through it was a bit rocky but we managed in slides just had to be a bit more careful, we also went out into the lookout point to take some photos and look down from the top of the waterfall! After we got down a bit more into the path it became very rocky and a bit steep, in total I would say the walk took maybe 10-15 mins, once we arrived at the bottom we saw just how beautiful this little oasis of a waterfall is, I immediately got changed and went into the water, stepping very carefully as the rocks are covered in algae and slippery I was able to get into a part where I could not touch rocks and it was just pleasant, I decided to go and sit under the stream of the waterfall and as relaxing as you may think it was hard to relax when you were getting pelted with water, although I did really enjoy being under the waterfall. The walk up was just as difficult as you had to deal with having wet feet and that was slippery! Would reccommend going but would maybe reccommend some water shoes for the trek up and back
