Website said they were open, but nobody was working.

点评：We were here in September of last year and had a wonderful time. We told a bunch of friend about it and we all wanted to go. So, we checked their website and it said they were open in June on Thursday through Sunday, opening at 11am. So we drove from Woodburn all the way to Hood River, about 2 and a half hours with traffic. We got there at 11:45 but the parking lot was empty. Weird!!! I checked their website again and sure enough, they are open on Thursdays at 11am. We are here on Thursday at 11:45. why aren't they open. There is no way to contact them directly on their website. No phone number, no email, no anything! So, we drove all that way, specifically to eat lunch at their facility because their web page said they would be open at 11am on Thursday. This is totally unacceptable!!!!! Either don't have a website that says you are open when you are not, have a phone number so people can confirm you are open, or, and here's a novel idea, be open when your damn web page says you are open!!! I hate to not go back there, but I have such a sour taste in my mouth, plus we looked like fools to our friends for dragging them all the way to Hood River to see that the place we wanted to eat, is not open. Infuriating!!!!
翻译：我们去年九月来过这里，玩得很开心。我们跟很多朋友推荐了这里，大家都想来。于是，我们查看了他们的网站，上面说六月份周四到周日都营业，上午11点开门。所以我们从伍德伯恩一路开车到胡德河，堵车的话大概开了两个半小时。我们11点45分到的，结果停车场空空如也。真是奇怪！我又查了一遍他们的网站，果然，他们周四上午11点开门。我们周四11点45分就到了。为什么他们还没开门？他们的网站上根本找不到联系方式。没有电话号码，没有邮箱，什么都没有！我们大老远开车过来，就是为了在他们那里吃午饭，因为他们的网页上说周四上午11点开门。这简直太离谱了！！！要么就别在没开门的时候还在网站上写着营业，要么就留个电话号码让大家确认营业状态，或者，我有个绝妙的主意，网页上写着营业的时候就真的开门营业！！！我真不想再去那家店了，但感觉太糟糕了，而且我们拉着朋友大老远跑到胡德河，结果发现想去的那家店没开门，真是丢人现眼。气死我了！！！！
