the Skiing was amazing - but give some consideration to length of stay

点评：Even thought the accommodation at whistler camp was dismal, the slopes were great fun!
Few things to consider here:
Purchase your ticket at the reception or outside the restaurant. The boot and ski fitting was seamless and the staff are really helpful and pleasant. Snow goggles and poles are not hired out but need to purchased. Water resistant gloves come in handy. The lessons for first timers start at 10:00 and 14:00.
We purchased the day package with the 2 hour lesson for my 6y.o. Adult and kids lessons are separate. The kids group was about 11 in total with 2 instructors. This meant that the kids were waiting around for most of the time until their turn. Most kids were fidgety and exhausted by the end of the first hour (including mine) so we didn't end up completing the full 2 hour lesson but returned in the afternoon to ski.
The bum boarding is a must! Although, there seems to be no order at that slope! and you have to hustle for a board. So hold on tight!.
Overall great experience!!
P.S. if you are not an avid snowboarder - consider the length of stay. There is not much else to do and the drive in either direction is about 2+ hours. We drove from Sani: No network, no fuel station and passed 2 cars on the way to Afriski!.
