点评：It’s clever the review system. If you chose a sad face it will prompt you to send them an email, if you chose a smiley face it will take you to Trip Advisor.
On March 22, 2025 we (family of four) went here with one other family of four for a playdate. We bought the extra shoes (£3.95 each) so our feet are comfortable because the floor is freezing and hard. The play area is huge and easy to lose your child in all the busyness.
My 6 year old had climbed the climbing wall in the gorilla bit. She had missed a step as she was going down and fell. We took her to the clinic and the staff said she was just shocked because she could move her toes. Bearing in mind she refused to bear any weight on it. I was not satisfied so I took her to Urgent Care and she indeed broke her leg, she suffered a spiral fracture of the tibia. She was in pain for 2 days before it subsided and now have to be in a cast for 6 weeks.
It was fun until it was not. Everything is hard so it is easy to break bones in Playhive. I do think that the climbing wall particularly should have something soft beneath it in case a kid slips as they go down. I have emailed them this but they did not say anything will be done. Only acknowledged and said hope she feels better soon. Well not soon as bones need time to heal.
