Dogs are going in the shops even though the signs say this isn't permitted

点评：The dog policy needs reviewing. It is made abundantly clear that pet dogs are allowed on site but not in the shops. This is important to us as we have a severely disabled family member who is afraid of dogs, so we do try to steer clear of places that allow them.
But the dogs are entering shops. The shoe shop even has a sign saying 'dogs welcome'. We went into the sportswear shop, were looking at some trainers and someone's large pet dog starting barking loudly right behind us, which was unexpected and caused our family member considerable distress.
Why not go the whole way, Clacton Shopping Village, and just allow dogs everywhere? It won't make any difference to us as we will never visit again. If the signs say they aren't allowed in the shops, why are you allowing them in?
