点评:This was a terrible experience.
I was meant to be picked up in Coolum at 10.30am for a 2.00pm flight out of Brisbane.
The pick up time was suggested by the transfer company based on my flight time.
The pick up was more than half an hour late. The air conditioning in the van was broken on a 35 degree day. The temperature inside the van was 40 degrees plus and incredibly uncomfortable.
After an hour or so, we had a scheduled bus change at a transfer point and at least had air conditioning, but no seatbelts.
The traffic was heavy - but no accidents. Usual heavy traffic for a Sunday lunchtime.
Because of the delays in pick up etc, many people on the transfer including me, and the poor elderly lady sitting in front of me, missed their flights.
Really, really poor service and when I asked for a refund they declined. Use another company.
