点评：When I telephoned to book our transfer the girl who answered the phone was not pleasant. The bus driver who picked us up from Noosaville was ok until one of our pick ups was not at the designated pick up point. You are given a 20 minute 'window' to be at your pick up point. He said that the guy had until 10.24am to be there and he drove off at 10.15. Personally, I think that is wrong. I was not told when booking our transfer that we would be swapping buses at a certain point. This took extra time and then we hit the traffic, (which isn't Con-X-ion's fault) and it took us 3 hours and 15 minutes to go from Noosaville to Brisbane domestic airport. Some people were worried that they were going to miss their planes. When I got off at the airport I realised that I had left my hat on the bus. The driver had just locked the bag trolley behind the bus, and there was a lady on the bus who was going to the international airport, and I said to him I just have to get my hat. When I was coming back down the stairs of the bus with my hat he said in a very rude manner "You just can't get on any bus". I said "I told you I was getting my hat". He was very rude to me. All in all we aren't sure we would use Con-X-ion again. Too many rude people for us.
